About this resource
CHIP - The Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) offers affordable health insurance for children under the age of 19 whose family earnings are too high to meet Medicaid eligibility. A nominal monthly premium may apply ($10 or $15 based on income) for each child enrolled in the program. Available languages include English, and interpreters can be provided.
Intake Procedure: You can either call or visit in person; written applications are necessary.
