About this resource
The Cooperative Extension System at the University of Idaho plays a vital role in aiding Idaho's agricultural and rural communities through the provision of services, programs, and research critical to the state's growth. Offered programs include 4-H, Weed Control Programs, Community Development, the Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP), Garden and Landscape Management, Youth at Risk initiatives, Crops and Horticulture Programs, Life Skills training, Pesticide Applicator Training, Food Preservation, and the Bonner County Teleconferencing Center. Additionally, they provide business retention training focused on customer service and education on Economic Justice. Languages available include English.
