DayBreak Center offers a secure and nurturing environment for older adults (55+) dealing with dementia, honoring their individuality and socialization needs. The center provides various activities and opportunities aimed at helping participants achieve and sustain their optimal level of functioning and personal fulfillment. Additionally, it offers caregivers essential respite and support services, enabling them to care for their loved ones for an extended period. Services include socialization, tailored care plans, exercise programs, a safe environment, therapeutic activities, meals, caregiver support, and access to community resources.
