It resolves conflicts between injured workers and their insurers, handles appeals regarding unemployment decisions from the Idaho Department of Labor, and verifies that employers maintain the required workers' compensation coverage. Additionally, it offers free rehabilitation services to workers injured on the job and administers compensation for innocent crime victims through the Crime Victims Compensation Program. Services are available in English and Spanish.
Intake Procedure: Referrals can be made by employers, attorneys, workers' compensation insurers, or individuals can self-refer.
