Homeless Connect serves as an access point for various Idaho providers dedicated to addressing homelessness among single adults, youth, and families. CLUB, Inc. Housing offers multiple programs, including a family shelter that requires an appointment for placement and options for permanent housing. To be eligible for permanent housing, individuals must be literally homeless, such as those sleeping in emergency shelters or in places not suitable for human habitation. The program includes rental properties offered at rates below fair market value, and when funding permits, it also manages a rapid re-housing and homeless prevention initiative that provides rental assistance for those in arrears. Additionally, the Drop-in Center is available Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM for lunch, laundry, and shower services.
