After you connect with a live operator, inform them that you are looking for the LDS Bishop nearby. Once you obtain the phone number, reach out to the Bishop to arrange a meeting to discuss your needs. Keep in mind that LDS Bishops have full-time jobs and may not be available at their offices all the time; the best times to call are Tuesday and Wednesday evenings after 7 PM and Sundays after 8 AM.
