This organization provides three rehabilitation programs: Vocational Rehabilitation, Independent Living, and Sight Restoration. The Vocational Rehabilitation Program focuses on equipping individuals with the training required to secure or maintain employment. The Independent Living program is designed for those without specific job goals but who face challenges to their independence at home, in their families, or within their communities. Rehabilitation instructors teach essential independent living skills, including cooking, cleaning, self-care, and communication. The Sight Restoration Program addresses various medical needs, particularly in preventing blindness and restoring sight, assisting individuals who cannot afford necessary medical care. Additional support is offered through adaptive technology and low vision aids. For those with Medicaid or Medicare, these can be utilized for required surgeries, or a cost-sharing plan can be arranged if they can cover part of the expenses. Languages spoken include English.
