Boundary County Youth Crisis & Domestic Violence
Community Resource
About this resource
The Victim Advocate Program is dedicated to helping all crime victims in Boundary County by collaborating with counseling providers, emergency room personnel, the County Prosecuting Attorneys, Boundary County Probation and Parole, the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, Bonners Ferry City Police, and the City Prosecuting Attorneys Office. We provide essential information to victims navigating the legal and court systems. Our services include support, information, education, and referrals for victims and their families, witnesses, and survivors. Our advocates assist with restitution calculations, applications for the Crime Victims’ Compensation Program, victim impact statements, education on victim rights, court escort for hearings, and medical advocacy, including support during sexual assault forensic exams. We also offer crisis advocacy for survivors of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, with services available in English and Spanish. For intake procedures, please contact us.
