About this resource
The Cooperative Extension System at the University of Idaho plays a vital role in supporting agricultural, rural, and urban communities throughout Idaho by offering various services, programs, and research crucial for the state's progress. Among the available programs are: 4-H (Youth Education Program), Weed Control Programs, Garden/Landscape Management Programs, limited Family Resource Management, Crops/Horticulture Programs, Money Management/Household Budgeting, Pesticide Applicator Training, limited Food Preservation, Farm Business Management Programs, Intensive Management of Irrigated Pasture, and the Extended Nutrition Program (ENP). The program also includes Horizons Community Development, and services are provided in English.
