The Immunization Registry is a free, confidential service that keeps track of vaccinations for individuals and their families, ensuring timely immunizations. The WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) Program offers supplemental nutrition assistance, including healthy food vouchers, health screenings, nutrition classes, community program referrals, individual counseling with registered dietitians, and breastfeeding support.
