These services can assist in: 1) Finding parents. 2) Establishing paternity (the legal connection between a father and child). 3) Setting up or modifying a court order for child support and/or medical support. 4) Collecting and documenting child support payments. 5) Enforcing child support responsibilities. A fee of $25.00 is required, and additional charges may apply for special services, including legal assistance. The Regional Child Support Program is managed by the Division of Welfare. For issues related to the Idaho Family Support Card, including replacement cards, card activation, PIN changes, account balance inquiries, or transaction disputes, please contact US Bank Customer Support. Services are available in English, with interpreters accessible upon request.
