Child Support Services cater to families where children are not living with one or both parents. These services can assist in several ways: 1) Finding parents. 2) Establishing paternity (the legal link between a father and child). 3) Setting up or modifying a court order for child support and/or medical support. 4) Collecting and documenting child support payments. 5) Enforcing child support responsibilities. A fee of $25.00 is required, with additional charges possible for special services, including legal assistance. The Regional Child Support Program is managed by the Division of Welfare. For issues related to the Idaho Family Support Card, such as obtaining a replacement card, activating the card, changing your PIN, checking the account balance, or disputing a transaction, contact JP Morgan Customer Support. Services are available in English, with interpreters accessible upon request.

To start the intake process: Call and complete a written application, providing copies of any existing orders if available.
