The Mental Health/Developmental Services - Community Support Program offers help to children, adolescents, and adults in various areas: acquiring essential skills for school or work, including grooming, communication, anxiety management, and appropriate behaviors in educational settings. It also provides support for daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, grooming, time and money management, and transportation use. Additionally, the program includes medication management, crisis support to ensure safety and health, and aims to prevent hospitalization. Other services encompass outreach, counseling, pre-assessment assistance, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and residential habilitation. Service coordination is available for all ages, from infants to adults, with support for family meetings and 24-hour crisis assistance. Employment services focus on helping individuals with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, learning disabilities, mental health issues, and physical disabilities find and retain jobs. Recreational activities include a teen club, family retreats, excursions, and mini camps for children and teens.
