About this resource
The Cooperative Extension System at the University of Idaho supports the state's agricultural and rural communities by offering a variety of services, programs, and research crucial for development. Available programs include 4-H, weed control initiatives, the Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP), garden and landscape management, youth at risk programs, crops and horticulture assistance, small business development support, money management and household budgeting, life skills training, and pesticide applicator training. Most UI Extension Agriculture and Horticulture services are provided at no cost, with the exception of soil testing, which incurs shipping and lab fees. Services are available in English.
