Idaho Educational Services For Deaf & Blind - State Adminstration

The IESDB delivers a range of educational services for children aged 0-26 in Idaho who experience substantial hearing or vision challenges. It runs the Idaho School for the Deaf and the Blind (ISDB), which includes a residential option and serves students from preK through 12th grade. Additionally, the IESDB provides access to Certified Specialized Teachers via its Outreach Program, which supports infants and their families through in-home services and assists school-aged children, educational institutions, and other organizations across the state to promote student independence through tailored education and accommodations. The program also offers vision and hearing consultations and referrals for children aged 0-21, available in English, Sign Language, and Spanish.
