The Cooperative Extension System at the University of Idaho supports the agricultural and rural communities throughout Idaho by offering vital services, programs, and research that contribute to the state's growth. Among the various programs available are: 4-H, Weed Control Programs, Health and Wellness initiatives, Food Safety, Garden and Landscape Management, Insect and Spider Identification, Family Resource Management, Crops and Horticulture Programs, First Aid and Safety Programs focused on small business operations, Money Management and Household Budgeting, Life Skills training, Pesticide Applicator Training, Food Preservation, Rural Development, Livestock Management, Computer Literacy, and Fair Management.
