The Cooperative Extension System at the University of Idaho plays a crucial role in supporting agricultural, rural, and urban communities throughout Idaho by offering a variety of services, programs, and research initiatives vital for the state's growth. Among the available programs are: 4-H, Family & Consumer Sciences, Extension Nutrition Program (ENP), Garden and Landscape Management, Youth at Risk Programs, Personal Financial Management, Money Management and Household Budgeting resources, Life Skills, Teen Tutoring, Food Preservation, Food Safety, Nutrition, Long-Term Care, and Identity Theft prevention.
