About this resource
Out of School Youth includes migrant individuals aged 16-21 who have not graduated from high school or earned a GED, and who are present for work or recovery purposes. This group encompasses youth who have previously left high school, those who have moved specifically for employment in agriculture or dairy, and individuals who have relocated independently from their parents or guardians.
