Abuse Recovery Ministry & Services
Community Resource
About this resource
ARMS provides a range of classes aimed at assisting women in their recovery from domestic violence and abuse. These classes are offered at no cost, and women can join at any point. Although there are 15 lessons in total, participants may attend for as long as they find the program beneficial. Sessions occur weekly in a secure and supportive setting as attendees explore God's purpose for their lives. Participants will gain insights into the various forms of abuse and God's perspective on these matters. Subjects such as denial, anger, depression, loneliness, and decision-making will be addressed. Groups are conducted in several confidential locations, and for safety reasons, specific locations and times are not disclosed on this site; interested individuals should call for more details. Sessions are primarily in English, with limited availability in Spanish and Russian.
