Children's Village, Coeur D'Alene

Children's Village delivers residential care for minors requiring assistance, which includes emergency shelter for families in distress, a crisis nursery, services for homeless youth, respite care, foster care for girls aged birth to 18 and boys aged birth to 12, and educational support for at-risk youth. No child will be denied care based on race, religion, gender, or inability to pay. The facility accepts youth via the Department of Health and Welfare, police sheltering, and private placements, accommodating both short-term and long-term needs. State placements are available for foster care, and they also assist youth without funding through private placements.
