Gentiva Health Services

This service is dedicated to assisting patients over 65 in attaining optimal health and independence by delivering specialized medical care directly to their homes. It provides a range of skilled healthcare services, including nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social services, dietary consultations, and traditional in-home care such as medication management, wound care, and education on managing various conditions like diabetes, congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and urinary catheter care. Additionally, it features four specialized programs: Fall Prevention (Safe Strides Program), Orthopedics, Low Vision, and Neuro Rehabilitation. The service accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and other health insurance plans. Services are available in English.
