About this resource
ICARE aims to prevent child abuse by educating parents. They offer home visits to teach positive, nonviolent discipline methods and enhance parents' knowledge of child development and health matters. ICARE also conducts several classes, including "Nurturing Skills for Families," "Nurturing Fathers," "Circle Parents Support Group," and "Steward of Children." Additionally, they operate a diaper bank and provide services in both English and Spanish.
