About this resource
This initiative delivers peer-based recovery support services for individuals aiming to begin or uphold their recovery from behavioral health challenges. We facilitate care coordination with both treatment and community providers. Additionally, we assist individuals in accessing treatment by accompanying them to help eliminate obstacles to their personal development.
