Community Based Rehabilitation Services focus on helping clients acquire skills essential for their recovery journey. They create treatment plans with achievable, individualized goals aimed at fostering or regaining independence. Behavioral Health Case Management offers assistance to clients needing help to navigate community resources. This includes connecting clients with various services such as housing, transportation, basic living necessities, employment, and more. The therapy services cater to children, adults, couples, and families, and include group therapy options like the Voice Hearers Group. They address challenges such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship difficulties, grief, post-traumatic stress, life transitions, and more.
