Boy Scouts Of America - North Idaho Inland Northwest Council

The Inland Northwest Council provides services to over 13,400 youth members and is supported by nearly 5,000 volunteers across more than 600 Cub Scout packs, Boy Scout troops, Varsity teams, Venture crews, Explorer posts, and Learning for Life groups. This council is organized into 9 districts, each having staff support along with a volunteer committee dedicated to organizing and enhancing Scouting programs in their respective areas. The council employs a total of 22 full-time, 3 part-time, and around 150 temporary staff members for summer camp operations. Our mission focuses on equipping young individuals to make ethical and moral decisions throughout their lives by instilling the values of the Scout Oath and Law. We aspire to be recognized as a premier Boy Scout council through strong leadership, exceptional programs, increased participation, and outstanding customer service.
