Boy Scouts Of America - North Idaho Inland Northwest Council

The Inland Northwest Council caters to over 13,400 youth members with close to 5,000 volunteer leaders across more than 600 Cub Scout packs, Boy Scout troops, Varsity teams, Venture crews, Explorer posts, and Learning for Life groups. This council is structured into 9 districts, each backed by staff and a volunteer committee dedicated to organizing and enhancing Scouting initiatives in their respective areas. The organization employs 22 full-time, 3 part-time, and 150 temporary staff members, particularly for summer camp operations. Our mission focuses on equipping young individuals to make ethical and moral decisions throughout their lives by instilling the values of the Scout Oath and Law. Our vision is to achieve recognition as a premier Boy Scout council through strong leadership, outstanding programs, increased participation, and excellent customer service.
