About this resource
The Panhandle Health District, with the support of a grant from the United Way, offers assistance to low-income individuals who are ineligible for Medicaid. This includes a part-time nurse for triage and referrals via phone (akin to Ask-A-Nurse) and access to complimentary services from doctors, dentists, counselors, pharmacists, as well as lab work and radiology. Services are available in English and Spanish, with an interpreter on-site and a Language Line accessible.
