About this resource
Support services are provided 24/7 by a team that includes a hospice physician, registered nurses, social workers, a spiritual care coordinator, bereavement counselors, and therapists for physical, occupational, and speech needs. Certified nursing assistants assist with bathing, and nutritional counseling is available, ensuring complete family support along with follow-up services for 1.5 months after the client's passing. The program adheres to joint commission quality standards and offers services in English.
