About this resource
The Cooperative Extension System at the University of Idaho plays a vital role in supporting the agricultural and rural sectors within the state by providing a range of services, programs, and research initiatives. Among the offerings are: 4-H programs, weed control initiatives, home economics, the Extension Nutrition Program (ENP), garden and landscape management, youth at risk programs, family resource management, crop and horticulture education, small business support, money management and budgeting, life skills training, pesticide applicator training, food preservation, and soil testing. Services are available in English.
