The primary objective of a Court Assistance Office (CAO) is to facilitate connections between pro se litigants—those who represent themselves in legal matters—and attorneys. These offices offer a variety of resources, including court forms, document reviews, and legal information to enhance litigants' understanding of their rights and obligations.
