WIC benefits cater to pregnant women, new mothers, infants, and children until their 5th birthday. The program assists families by offering WIC cards to purchase nutritious supplemental foods from local grocery stores (authorized Idaho WIC vendors), nutrition education, assistance in locating healthcare and community services, and breastfeeding support.
