The Cooperative Extension System at the University of Idaho plays a vital role in the state's growth by offering a variety of services, programs, and research initiatives throughout Idaho. Key offerings include: 4-H programs, weed control initiatives, home economics, the Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP), garden and landscape management, youth at risk programs, family resource management, crops and horticulture, livestock programs, small business support, money management and household budgeting, life skills training, pesticide applicator training, and food preservation. All services are provided in English.
