The Cooperative Extension System at the University of Idaho plays a vital role in supporting the entire state by offering a variety of services, programs, and research that contribute to its growth. Key offerings include 4-H, weed control initiatives, home economics, the Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP), garden and landscape management, youth at risk initiatives, family resource management, crops and horticulture, livestock programs, small business support, money management, life skills training, pesticide applicator training, and food preservation.
