The Mental Health/Community Support Program caters to both children and adults, offering help in acquiring and utilizing essential skills for education or work. This includes support with grooming, communication, anxiety management, and appropriate behaviors in school settings. Additionally, it provides problem-solving assistance related to daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, grooming, financial and time management, and transportation use. The program also includes medication management, monitoring, and education on medication's role in treating symptoms. Community crisis support is available to ensure safety and health during emergencies, potentially preventing hospitalization. Other services offered include outreach, counseling, pre-assessment assistance, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and residential habilitation. Service coordination is provided for all ages, from infants to adults, including attending meetings and appointments with families, offering 24-hour crisis support, and creative problem-solving. Employment services focus on helping individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries, learning disabilities, mental health issues, and physical disabilities find and maintain jobs.
