About this resource
CHIP - The Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) offers affordable health insurance for children under 19 whose family income is above the Medicaid threshold. A nominal monthly premium may apply ($10 or $15, based on income) for each child enrolled in CHIP. Available languages include English and Spanish.
Intake Procedure: You can apply by calling or visiting in person; a written application is necessary.
