About this resource
WIC benefits are designed for pregnant women, new mothers, infants, and children until their fifth birthday. The program assists families by offering WIC cards to purchase nutritious supplemental foods from local grocery stores that are authorized Idaho WIC vendors, along with nutrition education, assistance in locating healthcare and community services, and support for breastfeeding. Services are available in English, with interpreters accessible as needed.
