About this resource
The Regional Children and Family Services Program handles and assesses reports concerning child abuse, neglect, or abandonment. When required, it offers suitable services to meet family needs. This program evaluates reported cases of child abuse, which may involve assessing family members and/or the affected child. It assists in obtaining counseling for the victim, parents, the abuser, and others involved. Child protective services are provided at no cost. Additionally, the program licenses foster homes and offers some adoption services, and it is managed by the Division of Family and Community Services. Services are available in English, with interpreters accessible as needed. Intake Procedure: Call.
