The Regional Developmental Disabilities Program provides services aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. These services encompass evaluations, referrals, information dissemination, guardianships, commitments, family support, and information about private developmental disability service providers. Additionally, the program features the Infant Toddler program, which offers early intervention services to assist families in nurturing their infants and toddlers (from birth to 36 months) to achieve their fullest potential. Early Intervention Services cater to both the developmental needs of the child and the family's needs to foster the child's growth. The Idaho Infant Toddler Program employs multidisciplinary teams of therapists skilled in helping children develop skills in communication, mobility, cognition, nutrition, and engagement in daily family activities.
