Beginning on October 1, 2025, applications for voucher qualification can be submitted at your nearest Community Action Partnership. To apply, visit in person to schedule an appointment. Locations include Twin Falls at 550 Washington St S (phone: 208-733-9351) and Burley at 314 E 5th (phone: 208-678-3514). The application period will remain open until all vouchers are allocated.
