To obtain school supplies, applicants must bring the following items: proof of registration, a list of school supplies/fees, a photo ID of the applicant, Social Security cards for each member of the household, and proof of income for the past 30 days for any household members over 18. If your child is continuing at the same school as last year and does not require registration, you still need to go to the school office to obtain proof of registration.
