About this resource
CHIP - The Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) offers affordable health insurance for children under 19 whose family earnings are too high to meet Medicaid criteria. Each child enrolled may incur a minor monthly premium of either $10 or $15, based on income. Services are available in English, and interpreters can be provided.
Intake Procedure: You can apply by calling or visiting in person; a written application is necessary.
