About this resource
Status Offender Services is a diversion initiative aimed at preventing juveniles from entering the juvenile justice system. It offers assistance to parents whose children exhibit behaviors such as being uncontrollable, skipping school, running away, staying out late, or using substances. The program operates through a contract established between the family and the staff of Status Offender Services. Additionally, it provides family mediation and helps families access community resources. Services are available in both English and Spanish.
