The Cooperative Extension System at the University of Idaho plays a vital role in supporting the agricultural and rural communities throughout the state by offering various services, programs, and research essential for development. Available programs include 4-H/Youth Development, Weed Control, Parenting Programs, EFNEP (Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program), Garden and Landscape Management, Youth at Risk Programs, Family Resource Management, Crops and Horticulture, small business support, Money Management and Household Budgeting, Life Skills, Water Quality Testing, Pesticide Applicator Training, and Food Preservation. Services are provided in English.
