WIC benefits cater to pregnant women, new mothers, infants, and children up to their fifth birthday. The program supports families by offering WIC cards for purchasing healthy supplemental foods at local grocery stores that are authorized Idaho WIC vendors, as well as providing nutrition education, assistance in locating healthcare and community services, and breastfeeding support.
