Financial Peace University is a DVD-based program presented by Dave Ramsey (www.daveramsey.com) that stresses the importance of living without debt, budgeting effectively, saving money, building wealth, and giving back. Buyer Beware educates on marketing tactics and empowers consumers in their purchasing decisions. 10.
