About this resource
The Cooperative Extension System at the University of Idaho plays a vital role in supporting the agricultural and rural sectors of Idaho by offering various services, programs, and research that contribute to the state's growth. Among the initiatives available are: 4-H programs, weed control initiatives, home economics, the Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP), garden and landscape management, youth at risk programs, family resource management, crops and horticulture education, money management and household budgeting, life skills training, teen tutoring, pesticide applicator training, and food preservation. Services are provided in English.
