This initiative provides financial support to children diagnosed with cancer and their families. The transportation fund helps cover costs such as mileage, airfare, and lodging for families needing to stay close to the hospital during treatment. Additionally, the Emergency Fund offers $300 annually for assistance.

Who can use this
- Transportation Assistance Fund: Available for children aged 0-18 diagnosed with cancer and treated before their 21st birthday. For those with brain tumors, eligibility requires the tumor to be high grade (III or IV) or anaplastic. The child must be a US citizen or have resided in the US with a green card for at least 12 months without a prior history of the illness. The guardian applying must have less than $5,000 in accessible bank accounts. Emergency Assistance Fund: Same criteria as the Transportation Fund, plus the child must have been inpatient for 15 consecutive days in the last 90 days or away from home for treatment for the same duration.
