This program provides telehealth and case management for medically assisted drug detoxification utilizing the medication buprenorphine-naloxone. It also offers online peer support groups and addresses co-occurring mental health conditions.

Fees: Accepts Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Lucet Health Care, Medicaid, Medicare, and charges $249 per month for self-pay clients.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 and older with a diagnosed opioid use disorder.
