This initiative supports blind and visually impaired individuals in achieving independence and equality by offering resources such as information and referral services, employment guidance, literature, scholarship opportunities, and an adaptive equipment store related to blindness. The Free White Cane Program supplies rigid fiberglass canes.

Who can use this
- -Mainly for blind and visually impaired individuals, though sighted individuals can also participate -Free White Cane Program: Applicants must be blind or visually impaired, request the cane for personal use, and it should be over 6 months since their last white cane request
