Intake Process: All medications are delivered through the mail. You can check the availability of your medication by visiting the website or calling. The website is accessible in both English and Spanish. Most medications are priced between $20 and $50 for a 90-day supply, and the website displays the pricing for all available drugs. You will need to obtain a prescription from your healthcare provider. If your medication falls into Tier 1 or Tier 2, you can ask your doctor for a 180-day supply with one refill. For Tier 3 medications, request a 90-day supply with three refills. You can place orders online through the patient portal or send the completed application, prescription(s), and payment to: Rx Outreach, 3171 Riverport Tech Center Dr. Maryland Heights, MO 63043. Prescriptions can also be faxed to 1-800-875-6591, but only from a healthcare provider’s office or facility. Make sure to arrange payment before faxing your prescription. Once both payment and prescription are received, processing will take approximately 24-48 hours.
